The Centre believes in Team Play for effective and meaningful realization of its DREAM; thus, it collaborates with other institutions in their respective areas of specialization relevant to the Centre’s GOALS AND VISION.

• To realize its AWARENESS CREATION, EDUCATION and CARE goals, the Centre collaborates with the Ogun State Local Government Service Commission for effective grassroots mobilization.
• To enhance its CARE delivery, the Centre has put in place a seamless referral system with each of the State’s higher levels of health system—namely the General Hospitals for second level care referrals; the Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital, Shagamu and the Federal Medical Centre, Abeokuta for tertiary level care. The Centre also has a working relationship with the Eye Foundation Hospital, Ilese whereby Centre’s patients are periodically attended to at the Isara Clinical Complex by Ophthalmologists from the Hospital. This is a big relief for our patients.
• To work towards the realization of its vision of overcoming diabetes through the development of a sustainable, cost-effective and user-friendly intervention management strategy, the Centre has concluded a Memorandum of Understanding with Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye and its teaching hospital -Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital, Shagamu (both institutions of the Ogun State Government.

The Ogun State Chapter of the Diabetes Association of Nigeria is a trusted friend of the Centre, and is always available to give helping hands to the Centre’s activities.
